At One by One, we believe that every individual has inherent dignity, worth, and purpose. Our mission is to support refugees, marginalized groups, the persecuted, and the poor by offering compassionate care, practical resources, and the skills to build a brighter future.

Our Current Project
The Youth Information Center plays a critical role in is an active non-governmental organization that has been operating in Humenné, Slovakia since 1992. They help development teams operating in 60 municipalities throughout the country to implement small projects.
In this project, we will help the following municipalities implement the project: Ďurkov, Laškovce, Ďurkov, Poša, Šamudovce, and Šarišska Poruba.
Our work is driven by the conviction that no one should be forgotten, silenced, or left behind. We advocate for justice for the oppressed, amplify the voices of those who have been displaced or overlooked, and collaborate with local communities, organizations, and volunteers to create environments where people can thrive.
We aim to break down barriers of prejudice, fear, and indifference, fostering understanding between cultures and building bridges of reconciliation. Guided by compassion, integrity, and respect, we serve without discrimination, inspired by the belief that love in action can transform lives.
Our mission is straightforward yet powerful: to bridge the gap for vulnerable individuals, restore lost dignity, and sow seeds of hope where despair prevails—so that every person we encounter feels seen, valued, and not alone.

Advocacy
We engage in advocacy to amplify the voices of marginalized groups and to influence policy changes. Our aim is to create a just environment where everyone is treated with dignity and respect.
Education
Education is vital to our mission. We provide resources, workshops, and seminars to inform communities about their rights and opportunities, fostering an informed public ready to advocate for change.
Outreach
Our outreach programs connect volunteers with communities in need, aiming to provide direct assistance and support. We believe in building relationships that foster trust and collaboration.
